A GPS tracker tells you where a truck is. Smart sensors and cameras tell you what happens to it: a fuel cap opened where it should not be, a dent that was not there yesterday, a driver who spent the night in the cab. Konvoi combines off-the-shelf hardware and our own with AI, and turns it into answers.
Fuel theft, caught by sensors
Every fuel-cap opening is recorded with its place. An opening outside a fuel station is flagged for review, on a list and on the map, next to the tank level and the card transactions. Fuel that leaves the tank without a reason no longer goes unnoticed.

Damage detected by AI
AI finds and classifies damage in walkaround photos and marks where it is. Where needed it works on video walkarounds and 3D scans too, and every report is sealed and timestamped, so it holds up when someone disputes it.
Cameras on and off the truck
Cameras at the depot gate capture every truck as it drives in, so damage is found as a side effect of driving, without anyone walking around the vehicle. On the truck, cameras watch what matters for your operation. Both feed the same AI and land on the vehicle in Konvoi.
Know what happens in the cab
Presence sensors in the cab show whether a driver spent the night in the truck, so night allowances are based on facts rather than declarations.
Complex projects are what we like
Some questions need more than one box: a sensor nobody sells, a camera in an unusual place, a signal your current tracker cannot pass on. We combine off-the-shelf trackers with our own hardware, fit them with our installation partners, and bring everything into Konvoi. Our container tracking started exactly this way.

How do smart sensors help against fuel theft?
Konvoi records every fuel-cap opening with its place and flags openings outside a fuel station, next to the tank level and every card transaction. Fuel that leaves the tank without a reason becomes a case for review.
Can Konvoi detect damage with cameras?
Yes. AI detects and classifies damage in photos, video and camera images. Cameras at the depot gate capture trucks as they drive in, and cameras on the truck can be added for your operation.
Do we have to buy special hardware?
Not always. Konvoi works with off-the-shelf trackers and sensors where they do the job, and with our own hardware where they do not. Our installation partners fit both.
