What Konvoi does

A transport company runs on data scattered over many systems: telematics for positions, fuel cards for litres, an inbox full of fines, insurance certificates and inspection reports, permits in PDFs, and who drove which truck in somebody’s head. Konvoi brings that together per vehicle and per driver, reads what arrives, and points at what needs a person.

How we build it

Konvoi is built with transport companies that use it every day, from regional distribution to exceptional transport. Three principles run through the product:

• A person decides. AI reads documents and proposes changes; a person confirms before anything counts.
• Show first, accuse later. A fuel case or an alert is a question with the evidence attached, not a verdict.
• Calm by default. One e-mail a day about what changed, not a stream of notifications.

Company

Konvoi is operated by B-NYS GCV, Belgium, and is part of the glue.blue group of software products. Data is stored on infrastructure within the European Union.
