Konvoi Dispatch is an AI dispatcher for your fleet data: it answers questions about vehicles, drivers, fines, fuel and telematics in plain language, and when something needs doing it proposes the change for a person to approve. It also lets Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work with your fleet over MCP.
Answers from your own data
Ask which fines have no driver yet, which trucks were not used this week, or what a vehicle did on Tuesday. Dispatch answers from the records in your workspace, with links to them.
Changes are proposals
Dispatch never changes a record on its own. Assigning a fine, adding a place, messaging a driver or merging two duplicate vehicles each becomes a proposal. A person approves or rejects it; sensitive changes need a workspace admin. An approved change runs as the person who approved it, with their role.
Playbooks for the work that repeats
Four playbooks are ready to run:
- Handle this week’s fines: match each open fine to a driver and propose the assignments.
- Sweep fuel for anomalies: impossible fills, off-hours depot fills, duplicate charges.
- What expires in the next 30 days: inspections, insurance, registrations and licences.
- Weekly fleet review: utilisation, idle vehicles and telemetry highlights in one digest.
Or use the AI you already have
The Konvoi MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code read your fleet data with your own login and role. Changes stay proposals. You can limit a connection to some workspaces, leave out the right to propose changes, and disconnect it at any time.

Is Konvoi Dispatch available?
Dispatch is in private beta and is switched on per workspace. Join the waiting list or ask us to enable it for your workspace.
Can the AI change my data?
Not on its own. Every change is a proposal that a person approves, and sensitive changes need a workspace admin. Every call and decision is logged.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with my fleet data?
Yes, through the Konvoi MCP server at https://konvoi.ai/api/mcp. You sign in with your Konvoi login and the AI sees what your role allows.
Is text from scanned documents a risk for the AI?
Text from outside Konvoi, such as scanned documents and e-mails, is marked as untrusted, and AI clients are told to treat it as data, never as instructions.
