Konvoi records which driver had which vehicle, and when, and gives every driver their own portal: their vehicle, the papers that belong in the cab, their fines and their driving licence, behind a passwordless login.
Who drove what, on which day
Vehicle assignments have a start and an end, so the history answers who had a truck on any given date. With Transics, assignments are imported from who actually logged in to which vehicle.
The cab papers, on the phone
Drivers see the documents that belong in the vehicle: registration, insurance, technical inspection, certificate of conformity and identification report. Contracts and invoices stay with the office.
Fines, routed and confirmed
For every fine, Konvoi suggests the driver who had the vehicle on the date of the offence. Once it is assigned, the driver sees the fine and its document in their portal. Drivers can upload their driving licence themselves, and its expiry date is tracked.
Permits and planning
With the Permits module, drivers see the permits of the vehicle they drive today, full screen and offline. With Transics planning, they see their stops in driving order.
Questions
How do drivers sign in to Konvoi?
With a magic link sent to their e-mail address at konvoi.ai/my. There is no password to remember or reset.
What can a driver see?
Their vehicles and the documents that belong in the cab, their fines, their driving licence and damages on their vehicles. Office documents such as contracts stay hidden.
Can a driver who works for two companies use one login?
Yes. A driver who is known in more than one Konvoi workspace chooses the company after signing in.
In which languages is the driver portal available?
English and Dutch.
