Konvoi turns vehicle inspections into records you can rely on: drivers do a guided walkaround on their phone with the free Konvoi Inspect app, damage is marked on the panel, and the report is sealed and timestamped so anyone can verify it later.
A walkaround anyone can do
The app walks the driver around the vehicle: front, driver side, rear, passenger side and interior. Damage is marked on the panel with its type and severity. Ready-made templates cover a rental check-out and check-in, an after-incident check, a weekly fleet check and a used-vehicle purchase, and templates can be shared as a QR code.
Sealed, so it holds up
Every file of an inspection is hashed, signed with a key held in the phone’s Secure Enclave, and timestamped by an independent timestamp authority. The seal and a QR code are on the last page of the PDF. Anyone can check a report, or a single photo, at inspect.konvoi.ai/verify; the check runs in the browser and uploads nothing.
In Konvoi
Inspections, damage checks and incidents sit on the vehicle’s record. AI analyses inspection photos for damage, and the vehicle’s damage record is updated when a check completes. Inspection reports can be generated as PDF.
Incidents
Upload a European accident statement, in Dutch, French, German or English, and Konvoi reads both parties, the 17 circumstance boxes and the point of impact. Photos, the timeline and the insurance follow-up stay in one incident.

Is the Konvoi Inspect app free?
Yes. Konvoi Inspect for iPhone is free, needs no account, and includes sealing. It is available on the App Store.
Does the inspection app work without signal?
Yes. Capture and sealing happen on the phone. The timestamp request is queued until there is a network again.
How can someone verify an inspection report?
Open inspect.konvoi.ai/verify and drop in the report or a photo. The check runs entirely in the browser: it confirms the files are unchanged, were signed on the device and existed at the timestamped time.
Is there an Android app?
Not today. Konvoi Inspect is available for iPhone.
