Konvoi is priced per vehicle per month: a platform base that every workspace has, plus the modules you switch on. Pricing is on request. Tell us your fleet size and the modules you need, and we send you a proposal.

How the price is made

  • A price per vehicle per month, for the vehicles in your fleet.
  • The platform base, plus each module you switch on. Modules can be added later.
  • Telematics is counted per connected tracker system.
  • Document processing by AI is included up to a monthly volume per vehicle.
  • Annual billing is available.

Questions

How much does Konvoi cost?

Konvoi is priced per vehicle per month: a platform base plus the modules you use. Pricing is on request; send us your fleet size and the modules you need and we reply with a proposal.

Is there a free trial?

Konvoi is in private beta. Join the waiting list and we set up your workspace with you. Konvoi Inspect, the iOS inspection app, is free.

Can I start with one module and add more later?

Yes. Modules are switched on per workspace, so you can start with, for example, telematics and fuel and add inspections or permits later.

Is the Partner API included?

The Partner API is enabled per workspace on request. Ask for it with your pricing request.
