Konvoi connects to the telematics your fleet already has, Transics, Ruptela and PAJ GPS, and turns positions, mileage, fuel level and engine signals into one live view of every van, truck and trailer.

One screen answers where everything is and what it is doing. Each vehicle is driving, stopped with the engine on, parked, not driven recently, or without signal, worked out from its latest position, speed and ignition.
Transics
Konvoi reads Transics TX-Connect: vehicles, drivers and which driver drove which vehicle since when, every 12 hours; positions, kilometres, speed, fuel and AdBlue level and total fuel used every 5 minutes. Your Transics POIs come in as places. Konvoi can also send positions from your other trackers into Transics, so your TMS sees the whole fleet.
Ruptela and PAJ GPS
Ruptela brings positions, ignition, CAN fuel level and consumption and the real odometer, and its geozones come in as places. PAJ GPS covers battery-powered trackers on trailers and light assets: position, ignition, battery and speed.
Know when a tracker goes quiet
A tracker that stops reporting is caught within the hour: an in-app notification and a webhook straight away, and a line in the next daily fleet-health e-mail. Vehicles that have not moved for a week show up as not used, separately from trackers that are offline.
Signals, places and boards
Every signal a vehicle sends can be plotted on its own page. Places can be points, circles or polygons, and visits to them are detected automatically. Fleet boards show a live fleet pulse or a fuel leaderboard on a TV in the depot.
Questions
Which telematics systems work with Konvoi?
Transics (TX-Connect), Ruptela (FM-Track/TrustTrack) and PAJ GPS have native integrations. Other trackers are not connected yet.
Does Konvoi download tachograph files?
No. Konvoi does not download tachograph or driver-card files. It reads positions, mileage, fuel and engine signals from your telematics.
How often is the position updated?
Transics telemetry is read every five minutes. Fleet structure from Transics (vehicles, drivers, assignments) is refreshed every twelve hours.
Can I keep using Transics as my TMS?
Yes. Konvoi reads from Transics and can push positions from other trackers back into it, so planning in Transics sees every vehicle.
