The product
What is Konvoi?
Konvoi is fleet operations software for transport and logistics companies. It brings telematics, fuel transactions, vehicle and driver documents, fines, permits and inspections together per vehicle, and flags what needs a person.
Who is Konvoi for?
Transport and logistics companies with vans and trucks, from regional distribution to exceptional transport. It is built in Belgium and works across Europe.
Is Konvoi available now?
Konvoi is in private beta. Join the waiting list and we set up your workspace with you.
Which languages does Konvoi support?
The app and the driver portal are available in English and Dutch. This website is available in English, Dutch and French.
Telematics and fuel
Which telematics systems does Konvoi connect to?
Transics (TX-Connect), Ruptela (FM-Track) and PAJ GPS. Teltonika and other trackers are not connected yet.
Does Konvoi download tachograph data?
No. Konvoi does not download tachograph or driver-card files today.
Which fuel cards does Konvoi read?
AS24, IDS, Romac and ProFleet depot-pump files line by line, and invoices from DKV, TotalEnergies, Q8 and other cards by AI. UTA is not supported yet.
How does Konvoi detect fuel theft?
It compares every fuel-card transaction with the rise in the vehicle’s tank level and the vehicle’s position at the time. Unexplained litres, cards used away from the truck, wrong fuel and fills bigger than the tank open a case for review.
Documents, permits and drivers
Which documents does Konvoi read?
Registrations, certificates of conformity, insurance certificates, technical inspection reports, driving licences, leasing contracts, invoices, fuel receipts, fines, European accident statements and exceptional transport permits.
Does Konvoi apply for exceptional transport permits?
No. Belgian permits are applied for in WebTEUV. Konvoi reads the permits that are issued, links them to your vehicles and warns before they lapse.
How do drivers use Konvoi?
Through the driver portal at konvoi.ai/my, with a magic-link login: they see their vehicle, the papers that belong in the cab, their fines and their driving licence. Inspections are done with the free Konvoi Inspect app.
Data, security and price
Where is my data stored?
On infrastructure within the European Union. Konvoi is operated by B-NYS GCV, Belgium.
Can AI change my data?
Not on its own. Documents read by AI are confirmed by a person, and Konvoi Dispatch only makes proposals that a person approves.
How much does Konvoi cost?
Konvoi is priced per vehicle per month: a platform base plus the modules you use. Pricing is on request.
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST Partner API with scoped tokens, an OpenAPI specification and signed webhooks, enabled per workspace on request, and an MCP server for AI clients.
