Exceptional transport
Every permit,
on the right truck.
Exceptional transport runs on permits and heavy tractors. Konvoi keeps every permit in one register, linked to the tractors and trailers on it, warns before one lapses, and shows how much fuel your heavy haulers burn idling while they wait.
One register for every permit
Belgian permits from categories 1 to 4, UK STGO notifications and permits from 13 other countries in one place, each linked by chassis number to the tractors and trailers on it, substitutes included.
Never drive on a lapsed permit
Konvoi warns before a permit expires, with a lead time per category, and flags vehicles that are not covered. The planner sees at a glance which truck may carry what.
The permit in the cab
Drivers have the permit for their vehicle on their phone, so the right document is always on board when they are stopped.
Fuel burned standing still
Heavy tractors burn a lot of fuel, and much of it while waiting. Konvoi splits consumption into driving and idling per truck, and checks every fuel-card transaction against the tank, so you see where the litres go.

Does Konvoi apply for exceptional transport permits?
No. Permits are applied for with the authorities, such as WebTEUV in Belgium. Konvoi reads the permits that are issued, links them to your vehicles and warns before they lapse.
Which countries’ permits does Konvoi handle?
Belgian permits (categories 1 to 4), UK STGO notifications, and permits from the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Hungary, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark and Spain.
Why does idle fuel matter in exceptional transport?
Heavy tractors often wait with the engine running: for escorts, permits and loading. Konvoi shows those litres separately from the litres burned driving, per truck.
